Local governments are the structures prominently enveloping our lives in its entirety. These administrative structures are designed to provide manifold public service directly related to the quality of our lives that we demand in lifetime. In this sense, local governments are a systematic whole that constitutes a significant part of the public administration universe.
It is aimed to discuss the conceptual framework, the historical development and the theoretical background of local governments in this course that will be provided during the Fall Semester. For course plan/syllabus: LOCAL GOVERNMENTS I SYLLABUS
